How to place an order
To place an order on www.Hammock-Shops.com you have to go through the following steps:
- Find the item(s) you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping basket. You can always check the contents of your shopping basket in the top right hand corner. Then go to check-out by clicking the shopping basket.
- If necessary, adjust your order and continue by clicking the "shopping basket".
- Click on "order"
- Key in your personal data. If you have shopped at www.Hammock-Shops.com before, all you have to do is type in your e-mail address and password and log-in
- Choose method of payment and method of shipment. Note that we can ship to another address than your billing address.
- Please check that all data is correct.
- You will now be guided through the payment procedure
- Please note that if you pay by wire transfer, we will not ship until we have received your payment
At www.Hammock-Shops.com you can only order items online through our web page. In case you want to make an inquiry regarding items which are not available through our web site, you are always welcome to contact us at support@Hammock-Shops.com .

General Returns Policy
You may return items purchased at www.Hammock-Shops.com within two weeks of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
We do not refund any item(s) with obvious signs of use which will reduce the sales value of the specified item(s).

When returning any purchased item(s) to www.Hammock-Shops.com, the purchase amount will of course be credited back to your account (please remember to forward your bank details to us). We will make a transfer to your account when we have received the item(s) and checked that all returned items comply with the provisions set out in our General Returns Policy.
It is always a good idea to preserve all original packaging untill you have decided to keep the item(s) or not. Lack of packaging will often lead to a reduced sales value in which case we do not offer a full refund.

Damaged or defective items - complaints
Hammock-Shops.com is liable to consumers for any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within a two-year period after delivery of the product. This covers production errors or material defects encountered during normal use of the product.
This right does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear linked - directly or indirectly - to the wrong use or maintenance of the product, or any use of violence. Notice of any lack of conformity which should be encountered in a normal examination of the product should be forwarded to Hammock-Shops.com within a reasonable deadline.
Thereafter, you can return item(s) in question for full refund or exchange for a new item. Return shipping costs in connection with damaged or defective items is at Hammock-Shops.com's expense within reasonable limits.
