High quality cotton
La Siesta uses for his products pure, non recycled cotton. Our cotton is fuzz-free, tear proof, durable and robust. Long fibres also contribute to the brightness of colours and a pleasurable feel of the texture.
Colors
High quality dyes
La Siesta exclusively uses dyes by renowned brands (Huntsman, Dystar), which, of course, comply with European regulations and standards. Thanks to our constant optimization of the formula for the dye and of the dyeing process we have managed to obtain values for light- and wash-fastness of 4-5 for all our cotton products (5-6 for HamacTex®).
Light fastness according to ISO 105-B02: 4-5. This accounts for a high quality product: the vigorously bright colours show to advantage for a long time; a fast bleaching will be prevented.
Wash fastness according to ISO 105-C06 at 30°C: 4-5. The vigorously bright colours and their brilliance stay – even after multiple washing rounds.
